Coverage is still going county by county — a layer marked not yet mapped is one we have not built for that county yet. The five base layers stay free for every county we cover. Everything beyond them — zoning, traffic counts, commercial, wetlands, HUD, soils & geology and the rest — is included with VMAP Pro, $49 a month for every county. See pricing.
Cumberland County is a rural Piedmont county of timber, farmland and state forest between Richmond and Farmville, with an unincorporated county seat and no town of any size. Most real activity is residential and small commercial along US 60 and VA 45, and demand is driven from outside the county by Farmville's Longwood University economy and by westward growth out of Powhatan and Richmond.
