Why charge monthly for public data?

Because the work isn't finding it — it's the pulling, cleaning, colour-coding, labelling and re-pulling every time a county reshapes a district or FEMA republishes a flood map. The data is public. Having it correct, current and open on the map in ten seconds is the product.

What happens when I cancel?

Pro is live map access, not files to keep — there's nothing to give back. Cancel any time and the premium layers on the map lock again immediately. If you need the data as files you own outright, ask about the one-time state bundle below.

Is Pro per person or per office?

Pro is one seat — one person. If several people at your firm need it, Office covers up to 10 licenses for $200 a month — or $160 a month billed annually — which is cheaper from the fifth license on, on either billing period.

Which counties are covered?

Florida is deepest, with Georgia, the Carolinas and Texas filling in. Coverage grows county by county and Pro includes everything as it lands — you don't buy the new ones again. See the full county list.

Can I change or cancel my plan myself?

Yes — sign in to your account and use Manage billing. Switch monthly to annual, change your card, download invoices or cancel, all in Stripe. No email to us required.
