Coverage is still going county by county — a layer marked not yet mapped is one we have not built for that county yet. The five base layers stay free for every county we cover. Everything beyond them — zoning, traffic counts, commercial, wetlands, HUD, soils & geology and the rest — is included with VMAP Pro, $49 a month for every county. See pricing.
Prince Edward County is a small Southside market anchored by Farmville, where Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College are the dominant employers and the base for retail and student housing demand. Development concentrates along US 460 and US 15 in and around Farmville, while the rest of the county is rural farm and timber ground on well and septic, which caps what can be built.
