Coverage is still going county by county — a layer marked not yet mapped is one we have not built for that county yet. The five base layers stay free for every county we cover. Everything beyond them — zoning, traffic counts, commercial, wetlands, HUD, soils & geology and the rest — is included with VMAP Pro, $49 a month for every county. See pricing.

About Amelia County, Virginia

Amelia is a rural farm and timber county southwest of Richmond that increasingly functions as an outer commuter shed, with US 360 the corridor carrying traffic and what retail demand exists toward Chesterfield and the metro. Public water and sewer are effectively confined to Amelia Court House, so anything of scale outside the village is a well-and-septic, large-lot residential play.
