Greene County, Virginia
Greene County is a commuter county north of Charlottesville, and essentially all of its commercial development sits on the US 29 corridor at Ruckersville rather than at the small courthouse seat in Stanardsville. Demand is driven by the University of Virginia and the Charlottesville job market to the south, while Shenandoah National Park and the mountain ground on the western side of the county take that half off the table.
