Coverage is still going county by county — a layer marked not yet mapped is one we have not built for that county yet. The five base layers stay free for every county we cover. Everything beyond them — zoning, traffic counts, commercial, wetlands, HUD, soils & geology and the rest — is included with VMAP Pro, $49 a month for every county. See pricing.
Dinwiddie County wraps the south and west sides of Petersburg and its value is the highway geography, with I-85, US 1 and US 460 feeding the I-95 junction and making the county a logical overflow location for distribution and industrial users priced out of the Richmond-Petersburg core. Outside those corridors the county is farm and timber land with an unincorporated seat and limited public water and sewer, so utility extension governs where anything of scale can go.
