Hill County, Texas
Hill County sits on I-35 between the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Waco, with Hillsboro, its county seat, known for its outlet mall and as a highway-commerce stop. Cotton and cattle farming still cover much of the county, but Metroplex commuter growth is pushing rooftops and retail outward into north Hill County.
