Pinal County, Arizona
Pinal County occupies the corridor between metropolitan Phoenix and Tucson and has been one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States, with roughly 539,000 residents spread across Casa Grande, Maricopa, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley and Florence. Much of that growth is master-planned residential development absorbing commuters priced out of both metros, which makes it the most rooftop-driven market in Arizona outside Maricopa County. Manufacturing has become a second pillar as electric-vehicle and battery plants have located along the Interstate 10 corridor, alongside a long-established irrigated agriculture base. Large blocks of state trust land shape where growth can go, so development concentrates along the I-10 and US-60 corridors.
