Coverage is still going county by county — a layer marked not yet mapped is one we have not built for that county yet. The five base layers stay free for every county we cover. Everything beyond them — zoning, traffic counts, commercial, wetlands, HUD, soils & geology and the rest — is included with VMAP Pro, $49 a month for every county. See pricing.
King William County is a rural fringe of the Richmond market whose industrial tax base is concentrated in the paper mill at West Point, where the Mattaponi and Pamunkey rivers meet the York. US 360 and Route 30 carry commuter growth toward Mechanicsville and Richmond, and the county seat is an unincorporated courthouse crossroads with almost no commercial depth.
