VMAP is a browser-based mapping service. A set of base layers is free to view for every county we cover, with no account required. VMAP Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the remaining layers — zoning, flood and evacuation zones, traffic counts, commercial and residential data, and the development pipeline — for every county we cover. VMAP is a service you access, not a product we ship: no file is delivered as part of a Pro subscription.
VMAP Pro is billed in advance at the price and interval shown at checkout, and renews automatically each period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for an unused portion of a period. If we change the subscription price, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect.
A subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use VMAP layers for your own business or personal work, including in reports, presentations and listings you produce. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the layers themselves, share account access with people outside your organisation, or scrape, bulk-export or systematically copy the data to reconstruct the layers outside VMAP.
Where VMAP separately offers a one-time data package for purchase, that purchase grants the same single-user, non-transferable license described above. Because the data is delivered digitally, one-time purchases are final once the data has been delivered.
Map layers are derived from publicly available government and commercial data sources and are provided as-is. VMAP makes no warranties as to the completeness, currency or accuracy of the data, and it must not be relied on for legal, survey, title, engineering or regulatory purposes. Always confirm against the authoritative source before acting on it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. VMAP does not store your payment card details.
To the extent permitted by law, VMAP's total liability is limited to the amount you paid VMAP in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or losses arising from decisions made using the data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, FL.
