What we collect

• Purchase data — name, email, billing address, and payment info (processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number).
• Usage data — browser type, pages visited, and state/county selections, stored locally in your browser.

How we use it

• To process your order and deliver purchased files.
• To send order confirmation and download emails.
• To improve the site and product catalog.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your cart and location preference. No third-party tracking cookies are set unless you accept our cookie policy.

Data sharing

We share data only with Stripe (payment processing) and our email delivery provider. We never sell your personal data.

Terms of Service

1. Products

VMAP sells digital map layer files (KMZ) for use with Google Earth, ArcGIS, and compatible GIS tools. All sales are final — due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds after a file has been downloaded.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal or professional projects. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the files is prohibited.

3. Accuracy

Map layers are derived from publicly available government and commercial data sources. VMAP makes no warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the data for legal, survey, or regulatory purposes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. VMAP does not store your payment card details.

5. Limitation of liability

VMAP's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, FL.
