Coverage is still going county by county — a layer marked not yet mapped is one we have not built for that county yet. The five base layers stay free for every county we cover. Everything beyond them — zoning, traffic counts, commercial, wetlands, HUD, soils & geology and the rest — is included with VMAP Pro, $49 a month for every county. See pricing.

About Gilmer County, Georgia

Gilmer County lies in the North Georgia mountains at the foot of the Appalachians, centered on Ellijay, the county seat, where the Ellijay and Cartecay rivers meet to form the Coosawattee. The county is Georgia's apple center and hosts the Georgia Apple Festival each October. Highway 515 put it about an hour from Atlanta's northern suburbs, and second homes, cabins and short-term rentals drive much of the market.
